As previously announced, Brandt Veterinary Services will be relocating to a modern, updated location that will allow us to expand and enhance the medical and surgical care we provide for our patients. We are very excited about this next chapter for our practice and the many benefits it will bring to our community.
 
However, with the final approval of the zoning permit for our new location, we have learned that we will no longer be permitted to offer any boarding services, including both canine and feline boarding, at the new facility. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to continue offering any medical boarding for cats as well as dogs.
 
We understand that many of our clients rely on our medical boarding services, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this change may cause. This was a difficult decision and one that was ultimately outside of our control due to zoning restrictions associated with the new location.

As we start our transition to the new facility, we will no longer be able to board beginning March 2026. We encourage you to begin exploring alternative boarding options in advance of this date. Our team has compiled a list of reputable local boarding facilities and pet sitters that we trust. Please feel free to contact us at 804-739-7892 for this list, and we would be happy to discuss what might be the best fit for your pet's needs.

Please be assured that all of our other services, including wellness exams, surgery, dentistry, and hospitalization, will continue uninterrupted and will be enhanced at our new facility. We will share more exciting details about our new location in the coming months. We are deeply grateful for your understanding, flexibility, and continued trust in our practice.
